Returns & Exchanges

Now we’re pretty sure you’ll love your Avenir Cycling gear, however if you need to send it back to us for any reason, please see some info below...

We try and make our online shopping experience as easy as possible, however we are sure you understand our need to uphold our store and company policies and T’s and C’s.


We appreciate buying online can sometimes be a little tricky, e.g. getting the sizing right, so we are more than happy to receive exchanges on all our items, subject to a couple of conditions:

- The product(s) must be returned in their entirety
- The product(s) must not be worn or damaged
- Subject to availability - e.g. we have to have the replacement item/size in stock
- Like for like exchanges, or exchanges to the same monetary value as the original purchase

(Clothing items will be tested for detergent).


You can, within 30 days of receiving an item ordered from Avenir return any item that you are not completely happy with.

You will be given a full refund of the product(s) if the items are in the exact same condition as when you received them.

Subject to the following conditions:

- The product(s) must be returned in their entirety
- The product(s) must not be worn or damaged

(Clothing items will be tested for detergent).

Important notes!

As you know, the majority of our garments are worn next to the skin - please try on the garments in a hygienic fashion, wearing undergarments, until you are confident you have the right size.  We can't accept items that have been worn out on the road!

If you decide to return any item you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession!

The item must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unused, unaltered and not worn (other than to try the item(s) on at home in a hygienic fashion, and in the same state that it was sold to you.

Please note that if the item is NOT deemed as faulty, we can not accept returns that have been used in any way


Pretty straightforward:

  1. Just head to our Returns portal here.
  2. Enter your Order Number and Email address.
  3. Please add the details as to the reason for the return or exchange (Warranty issue, doesn't fit etc).  This makes it much faster to process your return or exchange.
  4. If seeking a replacement item/size, please be specific as to which size replacement etc. 
  5. Once the return has been approved, we will provide you further details on the next steps.  Normally, we will email a pre-paid return shipping label to attach to the package to return back to us.  Please help our sustainable efforts by reusing the packaging where possible!
  6. Once received back to our warehouse, fully checked and processed by the team, we will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase, or, dispatch your replacement item - we'll keep you up to date every step of the way.

Please note that it can take 1-2 days to process the return back into stock, and another couple of days to process the refund with our accounts.

We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund. We'll keep you up to date at all points.  It's extremely rare, however if there are any issues, please just get in touch with our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will help you right away.  Chat, Message, Email, DM, IM.

We will process the refund at our end within the timeframe above, however please note the Bank's timeframes and processing times may differ!

Where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and the item(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging, this will help our team process them quickly.

Please make sure you receive confirmation from our team of return acceptance before sending any items back to us, or we won’t be able to process your return and refund, and will delay the process.

Once received by the team, the item will be thoroughly checked before a refund is issued. 

    It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to enable a precise proof of the sending date.

    We kindly recommend you to ask for your proof of posting certificate. You should retain this until you receive your refund. Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of postage certificate!
