Like everyone, we have been experiencing supply-chain delays due to good old COVID. We have found that we are experiencing unavoidable delays at pretty much every step of the manufacturing and supply-chains.
We engage a third-party specialist manufacturer for our kit, and a great deal of resources have had to be refocused on for PPE production - and we can't really argue with that!
So we are running slower than usual on our production timelines. Also, due to the minimal international travel, there is a shortage of planes for deliveries of our gear.

Orders are dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times are in the region of 3-5 working days. Express delivery will not be available during this time. We apologise for any delays to your order and thank you for your patience during this time.
To check how disruption and restrictions caused by COVID-19 may affect delivery times before placing your order, we ask that customers consult the list below and check with the relevant local authority and carrier for more information on potential delays.
If your delivery does not arrive in a week of ordering, then please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order details (order number, name, delivery address). In the event that your order cannot be delivered because of restrictions, your items will be returned to Avenir and fully refunded.
If you have placed an order, and you then feel that the waiting time is too long, then please get in contact with us and we will get you sorted - our Customer Care team is standing by to help :)
Covid-19 Precautionary Measures
In light of recent developments in the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken precautionary measures that could affect our operations and potentially some deliveries of orders around the World.
As well as any alterations to our operations, we have also suspended any Avenir-led or associated rides, events and gatherings as part of a wider effort to limit the spread of the virus. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these measures and hope to resume normal service very soon.
